eXcel AMC is a full service valuation management company which can fulfill all your appraisal related needs. We operate through ValueLink, an easy-to-use cutting edge software and we strictly maintain compliance with all HVCC and Dodd-Frank guidelines.
Our model of operation is to set up groups of panels of appraisers which will solely serve individual lender/clients within specific geographical areas. Essentially, we will be their “appraisal desk” while maintaining compliance with all industry standards and regulations. This will enable appraisers on each specific panel to familiarize with all of the client’s requirements which will lead to less guessing, less work, and quicker turnaround times for the appraisers as well as less revision requests and faster closings for lenders. This model will also cut overhead costs for our clients as we would be their appraisal department while operating independently and assuming all costs.
Our goal is to expand state by state within the nation with a healthy growth without diminishing the level of service we strive to maintain for any of our clients or appraiser vendors. We continuously look to provide a personalized service and keep lines of communication always open.
